FS Vampire of Cosium - Treaty for Emeralias - 15
P15 It was late in the evening of the fourth day since renewing the treaty visitation. Things had been peaceful, and the Emeralians and vampires had grown rather comfortable in one another’s company. Conversations had grown casual, especially as Aisho and Devilish discovered just how little knowledge of the outside world even the Vampire Lord himself had. Mepholtius’s jaw dropped, “You don’t know what a mermaid is!?” Reggie only sipped his tea as he sat comfortably on the loveseat next to Max, who was sharpening one of Leon’s knives, “I’ve heard the name before, but I don’t know anything about them.” Max smirked as he mostly just listened to the conversation while Mepholtius spoke, “Wait, didn’t you used to travel? How have you never heard of mermaids?” Reggie shrugged, his expression solemn, “My travels… didn’t get me very far.” He looked into his cup, “In any kingdom I came to, I was either chased out or begged in private to leave by those who were too afraid to threaten me.”

Chapter 6 - Recruits D-Spise grinned as he opened the front door, “Yo, D, you home?” He and Kitty walked into the gorgeous manor of the famous model D-Light and his family. Kitty followed D-Spise in, “I wonder how old D-Light really is. We know Triple D is older than Jester, but not quite old enough to be good with a rider, but just how old does that make his dad?” “Don’t you know it's rude to ask someone their age?” They both looked up to see D-Light standing on the balcony, smiling down at them. D-spise smirked back up at him, “I thought that only applied to women.” He grinned at Kitty, “Then again, this is D-Light we’re talking about. Probably in a past life in the light world, he was one.” D-Light gave him a look, “Very funny. No, I have always taken male forms. I wanted to show men that they could be expressive and charming in their appearances too. Not fair for only women to have a sense of fashion and flair, right?” Kitty smiled, “So then, just how old are you?” D-Light

P13 It was that same evening after dinner that the Emeralians were gathered in Lord Reggie’s office. Reggie sat at his desk while everyone else sat in chairs, or against a side table like Mepholtius, around the room. Nykoia stood at Reggie’s side, while Serena and Leon were sitting on a bench off to the side. Max had finally joined them a few minutes prior. While he was certainly a lot better, he still had to take it easy. Reggie insisted he sit, even though he claimed he was fine to stand. Knowing how much everyone still worried about him, he submitted and sat with Serena and Leon. Reggie was the first to speak once everyone was comfortable, “So… who would like to go first?” Mepholtius spoke up, “I’ll start. Mine isn’t as… you know. Might as well start off small.” He stepped up in front of everyone before Reggie’s desk and closed his eyes. He spoke softly in a language they didn’t understand and suddenly his markings began to give off a glow. As he spoke, pieces that resembled

P7 Devilish Death walked down the hall of the vampire castle. He hadn’t been down that way before, so he wasn’t sure he was even going the right way. He had to peek into each open door and knock on any closed ones to find which one might be the office. He finally came to one door that was partially open and peeked in. Though, he was rather surprised to find Max inside. It was a comfortable siting room with simple furnishing and paintings of landscapes on the walls. Devilish was rather surprised, since it was much different from the style of the rest of the castle. It was… charming, even reminding Devilish a bit of villagers' homes back in Emeralias. Though, was that such a surprise? Max was once an average boy living in Emeralias with his parents. A quiet, happy life. One Devilish took from him. That’s when Max, who was sitting at a simple wooden desk at one side of the room as he wrote with a quill pen, noticed he wasn’t alone. He didn’t look up from his writing, “If you’re Leon

On the Isle of Limbo - Day 25 Scourge gasped when he saw the figure who stepped out of the shadows, “...no… how… you can’t…” He stepped back, “P-Pops?!” There stood King Jurus. However, to everyone’s shock, he was no longer sickly. In fact, he looked as strong and young as he did long before the passing of his wife. He smirked coldly at his son, “Hello, boy.” Scourge stepped back again, “This can’t be possible… How… How did you catch up to us?! How did you even get here!?” Jurus scoffed, “I have mastered the very essence of life and death, boy. I am the true master of this island. Should I wish to return here, it is a simple request to enter. Unlike you and your foolish crew here, I had no need to traverse the path or find the keys. After all, I have already passed all those tests to gain immortality in the first place. I’ve proven my worth as a mighty warrior, so the isle will obey my desires loyally.” Scourge was horrified, “Then… Then all of this… it… it was all for

Vampire of Cosium ~9(April Fools, again!)
Vampire of Cosium ~ A Surprise of Fate The sky was an unnatural orange hue with a thick fog rolling in as the sun set in the distance. The trees stood at strange, tangled angles, as if to snatch up anyone who passed beneath their branches. This was the setting surrounding the figures laying in the underbrush. One of the figures groaned weakly as they sat up. The purple hedgehog rubbed his head as he looked around, “What happened? Where am I?” That’s when he noticed the nearby figure lying among the brush and growing fog. He hurried over and shook them gently, careful of the figure’s leg that now had an ugly red bruise, “Hey! Are you ok? Can you hear me?” The blue and red hedgehog groaned, more in pain than the former hedgehog had. His eyes fluttered open, revealing the unique bi-colors of crimson and gold, “You again?” He started to sit up, but stopped with a weak cry of pain, forcing him to stop. He looked down at his leg, a clear irritation in his pained expression, “Fantastic.

Meeting the Family - Valentine
The Girl at the Table The ballroom was very large and elegant that night, full of music and light. The large chandeliers hung above the crowds of chatting, eating, or dancing people around the room. The room was covered in the colors of white, gold, and silver with tables covered in exquisite foods and drinks lining the walls of the room. The music floated around the room from instruments that played themselves on a small stage in front of the dance floor, where multiple couples danced. At one of the many round tables with their white tablecloths and vase of white roses sat Joel, Drago, Joel’s uncle-in-law Ormand Gwydion, and his cousin Nero. Joel ate another bite of his slice of cake as he watched his Aunt Nyoka socializing with some of the other wealthy-looking guests of the clearly high-class party, “Do you guys think Aunt Nyoka likes all the people she talks to, or do you think she’s learned how to fake it?” Ormand chuckled, “Oh, I know she’s faking for some of them. She

Meeting the Other Family - Lessons with Suoh
Meeting the Other Family: Lessons with Suoh By the Silver Sparrow It was bright and sunny in the Ryu Realm when Joel Gwydion stepped off the realm bus, along with his cousin Nox. Nox looked around, a spark of fascination in his eyes, “So this is the Ryu Realm?” Joel smiled, “Yep! Welcome to the Ryu Realm!” That’s when a pair of familiar faces flew over. Dragonites Cari and Draco, a couple friends of Joel’s, landed next to them. Cari smiled, “Hello, Joel. Welcome back.” Joel grinned, “Hey, guys! Meet my cousin Nox!” He turned to Nox, “Nox, these are a couple Dragonites I know. This one is Cari and the other is the Dragonite Captain, Draco. After what happened with Liam, the former second captain, Draco’s the only captain now.” Draco growled remembering the traitor, “Let’s… not talk about him.” He smiled, “So, what brings you back, Joel? And with a new friend?” Joel smiled, “Nox is here to learn more about dragonkind. He’s actually planning to write a factual book about everything
On a dark night when the sky was littered with bright stars, up in the mountains and outside the entrance of his cave lay a massive dragon named Drachen with his human companion, a little girl named Freundin. The two were the most unlikely of friends as many people in the world usually had dogs, cats or donkeys for pets. Dragons were widely considered a dangerous threat to be killed on sight. However, Drachen was not like the human-eating, livestock snatching, and village burning monstrosities everyone visualized, but rather a gentle kind of dragon that very few paid attention to. He was massive, the size of a blue whale, had bat-like wings as long as a big Viking ship. He also had bright blue skin, white belly armor like a crocodilian, large horns pointed backwards, a long whip-like tail and a big heart. Freundin on the other hand was a typical girl at eight-years of age with long red hair, blue eyes and an adventurous personality with a stubborn attitude when it came to certain

~A New Path I spun the beautiful girl in my arm, then dipped her. Everyone around us clapped as the song came to an end. I smirked as I lifted her, "Impressed yet?" The girl was my beautiful Sprite, Talia. Her long blue hair draped her shoulders, which were bare in the slender, strap-less red dress she wore. A rose in her hair and the vibrant red lipstick only made her look more enchanting as they brought out her gold eyes. She smiled, moving in close, "How can I be impressed by something I always knew?" Then someone chuckled, "I didn't even know he could dance." I turned to the person who spoke. At a nearby table sat the Jet Family. The father Ted Jet, his wife Maryann, and their three daughters Sarah, Erica, and Inez. There was also Erica's boyfriend, Garett, as usual. The mortal family that, in a way, made me part of it. Ted was the one who spoke, looking impressed. Sarah wore a beautiful blue dress that brought out her blue eyes of the sea, "You know Phantom. Anything to
